Equally, it is important as a community to rehabilitate our ex offenders and make them inclusive within society in a positive way. Too many go onto re offend due to not being given a chance in our community. The reality is people change but they will not change if they are educated and shown the opportunities available to them. Boxing is not just a sport, it can be a career, boxing don’t just need boxers, its needs coaches, referee’s, Judge’s, Paramedic’s, Doctor’s, Promoter’s, Manager’s, Security etc. There is a wide assortment of opportunity within the boxing world that’s does not become open to a person unless they are involved.
